Stopped by here for pizza snack in summer 2018 while picking some beer at the LC just around the corner. It is generally a sit down restaurant. They have some pizza near the cashier that you can buy by the slice which is decent. Pizza was decent (we just picked up a couple of ready-to-go slices), though would probably be better when fresh out of the oven. Suitable place to bring kids. Staff that we interacted with were very friendly and accommodating even though we there for a quick bite. Patio outside looks nice in terms furniture, shade, etc., though it faces the strip mall parking lot (but, good use of space).
I will say hit and miss. The first time I tried it I thought, this will be my new pizza place. The second time was stone cold and late using their delivery. They did give us a credit and so the third time we used our credit. The wings tasted like they should but the pizza was super salty and had zero sauce (I actually think they forgot to sauce it). I don't mind salty pizza if there is a hint of sweet in the sauce but it was super dry. Quality of the toppings is questionable which is a shame because the crust could be the best in the city. It's not uncommon during these times for businesses to cut corners, I get it but there are a million pizza places in Winnipeg fighting for our business. If you search my reviews you will see I write mostly good ones. A little pizza heaven missed the mark...twice in a row. Staff is very friendly. Sorry guys.
Stopped in for a quick bite to eat at the Madison Square location, the manager there served me and was great. They had pizza by the slice, but Donna (not sure about the name) was worried that it was too old and had a whole new pie made up in ten minutes!
Not up to 4 stars but pretty good. Our first visit and we both enjoyed our calzones but thought price was a little high. Service was good, reasonable wait. Ingredients did not seem cheap; noted that Italian sausage was sliced and not some food service crumbles. Worth another look.
Love this place. Although my first experience ordering from here was terrible(both pizza's were too salty). I ordered via skip the dishes. The second time around I had a much better experience and now this is my go to place for pizza. I'm severely allergic to food coloring and chemicals in food. This is one of the places that sells tasty pizza without triggering my allergies. Best crust, sauce is flavorful and dips are amazing. The staff is also nice. Also has a bubble tea place closeby so its convenient for getting that as a dessert later. All in all, I like it.
